Studio20 terms
This page is a practical summary for campaign, social management, and content production projects. Final commercial terms are confirmed in the signed proposal or statement of work.
Each engagement begins with an agreed scope covering objectives, markets, platforms, creator criteria, deliverables, review rounds, reporting, timeline, and responsibilities.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate product information, brand guidelines, approved claims, access credentials, usage restrictions, and review feedback on time.
Creator availability, rates, posting dates, and final participation can change. Studio20 manages sourcing, outreach, negotiation support, content review, and communication.
Client approval is required before final campaign assets, creator briefs, or paid usage packages are published or amplified.
Usage rights, whitelisting, paid media rights, exclusivity, territory, and duration must be defined before content is used beyond the approved placement.
Reports may include platform analytics, creator-provided metrics, content links, qualitative notes, and campaign learnings. Performance estimates are planning inputs, not guarantees.
